Having trouble figuring out if you are styling the latest winter fashion this year? Don’t know what jewelry is hot or what type of shoe or boot is great for winter? Well don’t despair, you have come to the right place. Every season, trends leave and new ones begin.

For women these days, it can become increasingly difficult keeping up on the fashion front. Work, kids home life and relationships all take precedent in the many lives of women. But we’re here to tell you that you can all do that and more while wearing super fab, fashionable clothes that say you are with the times.

Winter fashion - hat and sweater

Jewelry

Get rid of all your froufrou necklaces with ribbons and pearls. Anything feminine and flowery is a strict no-no this season. This winter is taking a radical turn in jewelry.

So what should you be sporting this season? Well this winter it’s all about chunky, metallic jewelry that will compliment your wardrobe nicely. Find big, bold pieces and don’t be afraid to front them!

Skirts

Say “no” to long frilly skirts this season. Anything below the knee should be tossed out for good! Although skirts come in all lengths make sure to read on to find out what length is hot for this fall!

Mini’s are in this season! Bubble skirts and knee-length skirts are also a must this season. Opt for a dark color like black, green or purple, or try a dark denim wash. Wear with leggings and you have a smashing outfit!

Shoes

Say no to stiletto heels girls! No need to through away those pricey shoes, though. Put them in the back closet for later! High boots are a big no as well! If they go past your knees, get rid of them ASAP

Chunky is in! Round-toed, wedges, and thick heels are definitely the talk of the town. For boots, go for an ankle-length to pair with those stylish leggings.

Pants

Anything big in the bottom should not be worn. I’m talking about flares and boot leg jeans or pants. Stay away from a light wash too! It’s all about the dark wash for fall and winter.
Skinny jeans
When it comes to jeans, skinny is definitely in! And the great thing is that anyone can wear them! Trust me! For those bigger in the waist, go for a straight leg pant and a wedge and you’re ready to go. Also try wearing a grey wash. Grey skinny jeans are highly fashionable this season!

Sweaters

We are going to have to give turtleneck sweaters a big red X. Big fluffy sweaters, while comfy and casual, should only be worn when bumming around the house.

On the other hand, cowl-neck sweaters are huge this season. Long sweaters are also in this winter. Wear with a big chunky belt and leggings and you have a comfortable outfit for shopping around town!

Jackets

Staying warm is the main concern, but why not do it in style ladies? The jackets you wear to work can definitely make a statement. Go short but warm and opt out of long jackets that can cover your upper body.

Wide cropped jackets will make all your girlfriends envy you, and all the cute guys want to get with you! Find jackets that end just above the wrist (3/4 length) and are short on the body (above the waist)

Armed with these tips, we want everyone to be in style this winter.
