With the cold comes cozy dine ins with your loved one or friends and eating comfort food like thick creamy macaroni and cheese and gorging on ice cream. Tips To Hide Extra Weight With Clothes

  • Layer Your Clothes – Wear a long shirt and cover it with a shorter shirt or vest. This gives the illusion of a slimmer waistline. Layering is still very popular so it won’t be hard to find clothes to layer.
  • Dark Wash Jeans – By far the best tip to give is to wear dark wash jeans. Wearing dark wash jeans hides any extra bulk you may be accumulating over the fall and winter months.
  • Go Tight On The Bottom, Loose On Top – What I mean is wear tighter fitting pants, leggings, jeans and looser, flowy tops. This will also create a slimmer look and hide the extra belly weight.
